How To Request Deletion

In the orob app, open You → Delete account and follow the steps to submit your request.

You can also email support@xaurum.in with your registered mobile number and a clear statement that you want your orob account deleted. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Is Deleted And What We Keep

You can delete your account in the phone app under You, then Delete account. This removes your orob profile, cities, metals and alert settings, watchlists, hidden products, the record of dealer websites you opened, and the feedback and voice notes you sent. It also deletes your sign-in (mobile number and password) so the number can register again; if you also use that number to sign in to a dealer's storefront on orob, that sign-in is deleted too. We keep a record that the account was deleted and when, and records of one-time codes sent to your number for 90 days to prevent abuse. Analytics and crash data are not linked to your account and expire as described above.
